Boy eating biscuit

In a heartbreaking incident that occurred in Dumbriguda mandal of Alluri Seetharama Raju district in Andhra Pradesh, a three-year-old boy lost his life after a biscuit got stuck in his throat on Saturday.

The young boy, identified as Kindangi Teja from Bonduguda village, was enjoying a biscuit while playing on Saturday evening when the tragic mishap took place. As he ate the biscuit hastily during playtime, it suddenly became lodged in his throat, causing him to fall seriously ill. Struggling to breathe, his family members attempted to dislodge the obstruction but were unsuccessful.

Subsequently, the boy’s parents urgently transported him to the Araku Valley Regional Medical Center in an auto. Upon examination, medical professionals sadly confirmed his passing.

Unfortunately, this incident is not the first of its kind. Last year in Madhya Pradesh’s Sehore, an 11-year-old girl named Harshita tragically lost her life after a dupatta became entangled around her neck while playing with friends near her home in the Mana area of Budhni. Despite efforts to save her, she succumbed to suffocation before reaching the hospital, leading to a case of unnatural death being registered by the authorities.
