Hyderabad: A tragic incident unfolded in Begumpet on Friday, June 7, as a 35-year-old man lost his life in a brutal murder stemming from an extramarital affair.
The victim, identified as Ayyappa, was reportedly engaged in a relationship with the wife of the accused, Santosh. Upon discovering this affair, Santosh confronted his wife and subsequently abducted Ayyappa.
Reports suggest that under the influence of alcohol, the accused physically assaulted Ayyappa, striking him on the head with a stone before callously pushing him into a nearby burning garbage dump.
Following the heinous act, a case has been registered under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code. Law enforcement authorities have swiftly apprehended the accused and placed him under judicial remand as the investigation continues.
