Charges Filed Against Teenage Suspect
The male suspect has been handed over to Harris County Juvenile Probation authorities on charges of murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Funez-Guifarro was shot during an altercation with individuals in another vehicle and was later rushed to a nearby hospital in a private vehicle. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival at the hospital.
