The sudden and mysterious death of 34-year-old Gundrolu Madhavi at her residence in Balram Nagar, Safilguda has left the community in shock and disbelief. Madhavi, a mother of three, was found lifeless in her home, sparking an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her untimely demise.
Madhavi, who worked as a helper at a private dental clinic in Karkhana, had been residing in a rented penthouse in Balram Nagar with her colleague and live-in partner, Shiva Ratri Yadagiri, for the past seven months. The duo was known to be in a relationship, and Madhavi’s sudden death has raised questions about what might have led to the tragic event.
According to reports, Madhavi had sent a message to her son, Gunrolu Pavan, asking him to collect money from her almirah and PhonePay account. However, before Pavan could carry out his mother’s request, he received a distressing call from Shiva, alerting him to Madhavi’s unresponsiveness. Upon rushing to the scene, Pavan discovered his mother’s lifeless body with a dupatta wrapped around her neck, lying in a pool of blood.
The Neredmet police have launched an investigation into Madhavi’s death, registering the case under section 174 (suspicious death) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC). The authorities are awaiting the results of the postmortem examination to determine the exact cause of death and whether foul play was involved.
