City of Lebanon

Drug possession – Paige Sweigart, 29, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to the Lebanon County Adult Probation Office on May 20 for a report of found narcotics.

DUI – Ashley Moll, 40, was charged with DUI (alcohol) after a traffic stop on May 12 on the 1200 block of Cumberland Street.

Simple assault – Freid Torres-Rodriguez, 34, faced charges of simple assault (domestic violence-related) after a disturbance on May 22 on the 100 block of South Ninth Street.

South Lebanon Township

DUI – Franklin Davis, 55, was charged with DUI after being pulled over on South Fifth Avenue for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics.

Possession of counterfeit documents – Rony Rodriguez-Roman, 45, was charged with possession/sale/use of display documents after police noticed counterfeit inspection stickers on his vehicle on East Cumberland Street.

South Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident – A 16-year-old driver failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with another vehicle driven by a 28-year-old man on May 23 at Bachmanville and Colebrook roads.

DUI – Thomas Morris, 53, of Palmyra, was charged with DUI-general impairment and disorderly conduct following a suspicious vehicle call on Horseshoe Pike.

Western Lebanon County Regional

Aggravated and simple assault – Marcellos Perry, 54, was arrested for assaulting a woman during a domestic dispute on West Cherry Street on May 26.

Fleeing or attempting to elude police – Kedrin Sanchez-Figueroa, 20, evaded police on a motorbike on West Main Street on May 14, leading to charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police.
