A 26-year-old man from Buffalo, identified as Orlando Martinez, was arrested and charged on Friday for multiple alleged incidents of indecent exposure, according to the Buffalo Police Department.
The Buffalo Police Department received reports of two incidents on May 28 involving indecent exposure. The first incident occurred around 5 p.m. on the 500 block of W Delavan Ave, followed by another incident at 6 p.m. on the 900 block of Elmwood Ave.
Orlando Martinez has been charged with two counts of public lewdness in connection with these incidents.
Northwest district detectives are investigating similar claims of indecent exposure in the area on the same day, indicating a pattern of behaviour. The investigation is ongoing to determine if there are any additional incidents linked to Martinez.
