The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) was called upon by the Noble County Sheriff’s Office on September 4, 2023, to assist with a missing persons case that involved 21-year-old Samuel Crawford.
A collaborative effort between the OSBI, Payne County Sheriff’s Office, Stillwater Police Department, and Noble County Sheriff’s Office was initiated to locate Samuel Crawford. An aerial search conducted in Payne County on September 8 led to the discovery of parts of Crawford’s vehicle in Glencoe.
