Johar Abbas : “25-Year-Old Man Stabbed to Death in Delhi | Shastri Park Tragedy”

In a disturbing turn of events, 25-year-old Johar Abbas, a resident of Shastri Park in Delhi, was viciously attacked and fatally stabbed by unidentified assailants on Thursday night. The police were alerted to the horrifying crime at approximately 11.50 pm.

Gruesome Discovery

Upon reaching the scene, law enforcement officers found Abbas’s lifeless body on the service road near Shastri Park Chowk. He had sustained multiple stab wounds to various parts of his body, including his forehead, wrist, and chest. He was quickly transported to Jag Pravesh Chandra Hospital, where he was tragically pronounced dead upon arrival.

Police Investigation

Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) for North East Delhi, Joy Tirkey, provided details of the incident. He stated, “We received a distress call at 11.50 pm regarding a murder in the Shastri Park area on Thursday. The body of the victim, identified as Johar Abbas, was discovered on the service road near Shastri Park Chowk. Abbas hailed from the same locality, near Buland Masjid.”

Unresolved Motive

Reports indicate that Abbas had recently returned to Delhi after a month-long absence. He had gone out to attend a relative’s wedding before the tragic events unfolded. Later that evening, a group of 4-5 men arrived at Abbas’s residence and forcibly took him with them. The police were alerted to the discovery of his body at 11.50 pm.

Ongoing Investigation

The motive behind Abbas’s murder remains unclear, and the police have launched a thorough investigation into the case. Authorities have registered a case and are diligently working to identify and apprehend the individuals responsible for this heinous crime.
