The shooting suspect has been identified as 19-year-old Robert Berry. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but there was property damage to a nearby residence and vehicle as a result of the gunfire.
Berry was taken into custody and has been booked into the Henderson Detention Center on charges of two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure and five counts of discharging a weapon in a way that endangered others.
He is scheduled to appear in Henderson Justice Court on July 1 to face these charges.
