Gregory Robinson, a resident of Woodbridge, was recently apprehended by the Prince William County police for his involvement in a violent incident that took place at the Dale Boulevard 7-Eleven on May 22. The authorities had been on the lookout for Robinson following the incident.

According to the police investigation, the victims, a 26-year-old man and a 53-year-old man, had pulled up to a gas pump when a white Buick parked in front of their vehicle at approximately 11:45 a.m. The driver of the Buick, later identified as Robinson, exited the vehicle and engaged in a heated argument with the victims. During the altercation, Robinson retrieved a firearm from his waistband, escalating the situation. At one point, Robinson pushed the 26-year-old man and proceeded to arm himself with an extendable metal baton, which he used to strike the 53-year-old victim multiple times.

Following the violent encounter, Robinson fled the scene before law enforcement officers could arrive. The 53-year-old victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was subsequently treated at a local hospital. After a thorough investigation, the police obtained arrest warrants for Robinson. He was taken into custody the following day and now faces charges of malicious wounding, brandishing a firearm, and assault and battery.
