The court documents reveal that during a monitored communication with the girl in early March, Servin’s message to the victim read, “I loved watching our tapes.”
The charges further allege that the communications from the jail included references to a three-year relationship that began when the girl was only 14 years old. According to the criminal complaint, the victim disclosed that there were videos stored on the device showing her and Servin engaging in sexual acts when she was 15 and he was 19 years old.

He was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, receiving stolen property, and a felony drug count. His next court appearance in the initial case is scheduled for next month, while his first court appearance in the new criminal case is set for July.
