Olean Police Blotter

Olean Police Department reported several incidents over the weekend, including a two-vehicle accident on North Union Street and West State Street. The accident involved vehicles operated by Cory A. Pearse and Colin J. Dekay. Pearse was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, following too closely, and unlicensed operator.

Another accident occurred at the intersection of South Fourth and West State streets involving Joseph P. Anaya and Deon J. Brown. Anaya was cited for following too closely.

Jonathan E. Colon was charged with petit larceny on Friday, while Ali H. Beydoun faced charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right on Saturday. A 16-year-old Olean resident was cited for following too closely in a separate accident on the same day.

Brandi D. Duell was arrested on an active warrant on Saturday night, and Brianna M. Clark was charged with petit larceny on Sunday. Cortney Ann Wilber faced charges of second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon on Sunday night.

Salamanca Police Blotter

Salamanca Police reported several arrests over the weekend, including Jordan A. Christianson, Morgan H. Vail, and Antonio W. Downey on Sunday.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Blotter

HINSDALE – Robert J. Leonard was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle accident on Fay Hollow Road. Michael G. Muth was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief in Yorkshire.

Brent S. Porter was arrested on a bench warrant in Buffalo, and Johna D. Hart faced charges of driving while intoxicated in Carrollton.

New York State Police Blotter

Several incidents were reported by the New York State Police, including a one-vehicle accident involving Earl N. Witter in Bolivar. Donald Rees was charged with second-degree criminal contempt in Cuba, while Brian Lowery faced charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief in Canaseraga.

Jacob J. Czerminski was charged with second-degree assault and aggravated family offense in Lyndonville. Garrett J. Anderson was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance in Salamanca, and Aaron M. Russell was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in Allegany.

Joshua J. Roll was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing in Franklinville, and a one-vehicle accident was reported in Granger involving a 16-year-old driver. Donna L. Ouderkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Hinsdale, and Adrian J. Kuna faced multiple charges in Wirt.
