Doe II claims that McManus also assaulted her during the flight. Both women have suffered mental anguish and distress as a result of the alleged incidents.

The lawsuit accuses the Jaguars of gross negligence for failing to properly supervise McManus, train him on appropriate conduct, and enforce a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct. McManus joined the Jaguars in 2023 after being released by the Denver Broncos. He had a successful season with the Jaguars before signing with the Commanders.
