Accident – Death – Obituary News : A 5-year-old boy in Georgia has been discharged from the hospital after surviving a tragic multi-vehicle crash that claimed the lives of his parents and two older brothers. Noah Mason, the sole survivor of the devastating incident, was released on Friday, May 24, as confirmed by a GoFundMe page set up on behalf of his family.

Noah’s grandmother expressed immense gratitude for the outpouring of support and prayers they have received during this trying time. She stated, “We are overjoyed that our sweet Noah is on his way to his new home. He still has a journey ahead of him, but the outlook is positive. We will never fully recover from the loss of his family and ours, but we are blessed with a resilient five-year-old who keeps us moving forward.”

The tragic crash occurred on May 19 when the Mason family’s Kia veered off I-75, crossed the grass median, and entered the southbound lanes. The vehicle collided with a Chevy Tahoe and a Toyota 4Runner before being struck by a commercial vehicle. Additionally, a Hyundai SUV rear-ended the Chevy Tahoe in the aftermath of the initial collision.

Three occupants in the Kia, including Dakarai Mason, 43, Erin Mason, 35, and 14-year-old Brandon Crawford, were pronounced dead at the scene. Two other juveniles, Titus, 6, and Noah Mason, were rushed to the hospital. Sadly, Titus passed away on May 22, while Noah is expected to make a full recovery.

In addition to the Mason family, the crash also claimed the life of Aimee Odom, 21, the driver of the Toyota 4Runner. Friends of Odom revealed that she had been attending a graduation party before the tragic incident.

Noah’s grandmother extended her appreciation to the medical staff who cared for Noah throughout his hospital stay. She specifically thanked the nurses, doctors, counselors, and all other personnel who played a role in Noah’s treatment and recovery. The family has been overwhelmed by the support they have received and are grateful for the more than $60,000 raised through the GoFundMe page to cover Noah’s medical expenses.

The community continues to rally around Noah and his family as they navigate this difficult time. The strength and resilience displayed by Noah have been a source of inspiration for all those who have followed his story..
