An investigation is underway in Anaheim following the tragic death of a 38-year-old man who was fatally shot in a liquor store parking lot. The victim, identified as Jesse Barragan, was discovered at approximately 7 p.m. on Friday in the 900 block of South Anaheim Boulevard. He was found unresponsive and suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Tragically, Barragan was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Anaheim Police Department is currently treating the incident as gang-related, although no details regarding a potential suspect have been released at this time.
