Darri Moore : Transgender Woman Found Dead, Mourned by Family and Friends

In a tragic turn of events, the body of a transgender woman has been discovered along the banks of the Mississippi River in St. Genevieve, Missouri. The victim, identified as 23-year-old Darri Moore from St. Louis, was found by employees of Tower Rock Stone on May 1.

Family and friends of Moore have expressed deep suspicion regarding the circumstances surrounding her death, vehemently denying the possibility of suicide. Childhood friend Izzy Baker attested to Moore’s self-love and resilience, stating, “She was not by herself. She loved herself too much to walk out on that river.”

Despite efforts to determine the cause of death through autopsy, Moore’s body was found in a severely decomposed state, leaving investigators unable to ascertain the exact circumstances leading to her demise. While authorities have ruled out foul play, the case remains shrouded in mystery.

Desperate for answers, Moore’s loved ones have turned to the public for assistance in shedding light on the events leading to her untimely death. Baker expressed the anguish of Moore’s family, stating, “I just hate that her mother doesn’t have any answers. Her father doesn’t have any answers. Her sister doesn’t have any answers. I don’t have any answers.”

To aid in covering funeral expenses and raise awareness about the dangers faced by transgender individuals, a GoFundMe campaign has been initiated. Baker emphasised the importance of uncovering the truth, urging those with information to come forward and provide closure to Moore’s grieving family.
