Three individuals were wounded in a shooting that took place in Paterson early Saturday morning, as per an announcement by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Reports indicate that Paterson police received a call regarding gunshots in the vicinity of East 30th Street and 18th Avenue. Upon arrival, it was revealed that a 35-year-old man from Paterson and a 25-year-old man from Saint Albans, New York, had independently driven themselves to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center for medical attention.
Officials have disclosed that both victims sustained non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Subsequently, a third individual, a 31-year-old man from New York, also presented himself at the hospital seeking treatment for a gunshot injury. Fortunately, his injuries were deemed not to be life-threatening.
At present, there is no information available regarding the apprehension of a suspect. The incident is currently under investigation.
