The Houston Police Department has recently made public surveillance footage that shows a suspect and individuals of interest connected to a fatal shooting that occurred in the city earlier this month. The tragic incident took place at an apartment complex on Dunlap Street in Houston, Texas on February 13, 2023, at approximately 1:20 p.m.
The victim of the shooting has been identified as 22-year-old Matthew Francis, who was discovered at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of paramedics from the Houston Fire Department, Francis was pronounced dead at the scene. The surveillance video, which was released alongside a police news bulletin, captured the suspect and other persons who are currently being sought for questioning by authorities.
