Tragically, Cooper was among the children identified as a weak swimmer. Despite being directed to stay in the shallow area, he was later spotted outside this zone, engaging in risky activities such as jumping into the deep end and attempting to play on an inflatable obstacle course.
Following a series of unfortunate events, Cooper was discovered floating underwater by a concerned parent who initially mistook his situation for holding his breath. Despite efforts to resuscitate him at the pool, Cooper tragically succumbed to the incident.
