Pennsylvanian Clown Arrested in Prostitution Sting

A professional clown from Pennsylvania has found himself in hot water after being caught in a prostitution sting operation, according to reports from the Carbondale Police Department. The incident, which took place on Sunday, involved an undercover investigation that led to the arrest of Francis Bui, a 28-year-old man who was allegedly promoting his services on an escort website.

Officers reached out to Bui to make arrangements for an appointment, during which he reportedly agreed to engage in sexual acts at a hotel for $100 an hour. However, Bui’s plans were foiled when he met with an undercover officer and was promptly arrested on site. This was reportedly the first time Bui had offered prostitution services, according to police.

During questioning, Bui admitted that he knew his actions were wrong and attributed his involvement in prostitution to financial difficulties. He explained that he had recently returned from working in a circus, where he performed as The Amazing Franko.

As a result of the sting operation, Bui is now facing charges of promoting prostitution. The Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office has not commented on the case at this time.
