Accident – Death – Obituary News :

A resident of Pasadena, California, Art Leon Berian, aged 62, has been taken into custody by the Pasadena Police Department for his alleged involvement in a series of more than 150 unidentified explosions that have occurred in the city over the past two years. According to reports from the authorities, Berian is said to have set off a total of 14 explosions within the last two weeks alone.

Discovery of the Suspect

The breakthrough in the case came on May 16 when investigators, who were actively pursuing leads, were unexpectedly led to Berian. While in the process of obtaining video footage of a previous incident, the detectives were startled by the sound of another explosion and witnessed a white cloud forming in front of them. In a stroke of luck, they managed to spot Berian’s 2013 BMW in the vicinity, which was one of the two vehicles registered to the same owner that had been spotted at previous explosion sites.

Evidence Collection and Arrest

Upon detaining Berian, law enforcement officials were able to gather incriminating evidence from his vehicle that was linked to the latest explosion. As a result, Berian was promptly arrested and taken into custody at the Pasadena City Jail.

Legal Charges and Judicial Proceedings

Following his arrest, Berian has been charged with three felony counts of explosions with the intent to injure or intimidate. Despite the severity of the charges, it is worth noting that no injuries have been reported in connection with any of the detonations. Berian is currently being held without bail, and his arraignment, initially scheduled for a specific date, has now been rescheduled for May 30.
