The individual is currently in custody after facing six charges, including felony burglary, misdemeanor theft, misdemeanor receiving stolen property, and three misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors.
Police Investigation Reveals Startling Details
The Pennsylvania State Police initiated an investigation after receiving reports of a burglary at a residence on Scotland Road, Greene Township, on the evening of May 17th. The homeowner informed authorities that surveillance footage from inside the property captured the intruder engaging in various activities, including sexual acts, cooking, drinking, showering, and stealing items such as a suitcase, pillows, slippers, and flip flops. These events took place between the 16th and 17th of May while the homeowner was absent.
On the same day, the homeowner received a notification on their cell phone indicating someone attempting to gain entry through the rear door. The individual, later identified as Leonardo Hart, claimed to be interested in renting the property and denied any involvement in the previous events.
Further Developments Uncover Additional Suspects
The following day, the homeowner received another notification showing a woman outside the residence with the stolen suitcase and other pilfered items. Authorities later identified the individual as a 16-year-old juvenile who confessed to being involved in the burglary and theft. The juvenile disclosed meeting Hart at a nearby park, where they decided to enter the property, engage in sexual activity, consume food, and rest on the couch before departing. The juvenile also admitted to leaving the rear door open for potential return visits. The total value of unrecovered items, including food and clothing, amounted to $370.

Leonardo Hart was unable to meet the bail amount of $5,000 and is currently detained at the Franklin County lockup pending further legal proceedings.
