CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Authorities have identified the victim of a tragic homicide that occurred over the weekend at a residence on Tiny Town Road.
On Saturday evening, at approximately 8:33 p.m., Clarksville Police were called to the 900 block of Tiny Town Road in response to an ambulance call. Upon arrival, officers discovered the lifeless body of a young woman inside the home. The incident has been classified as a homicide.
The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Katia Duenas Aguilar, originally from Mesquite, Texas. Aguilar was a dedicated soldier stationed at Fort Campbell.
Officer Scott Beaubien, the spokesperson for the Clarksville Police Department, stated, “This is an active and ongoing investigation, and we are currently unable to provide further details at this time.”
