The victim, identified as Aneesh Khan, was a resident of Mamta Colony and worked as a mechanic. The family members of the deceased have alleged that the accident was a result of poor road conditions caused by ongoing flyover construction in the area.
According to reports, Aneesh had gone to a hospital to collect his mother’s medical report and was returning home around 9 pm when the accident took place. The family claims that due to a lack of proper lighting and road markings, Aneesh collided with a divider on a service road near Best Price. The diverted route, set up to accommodate the construction work, was not adequately marked, leading to the tragic incident.
Mohammad Yunus, a relative of Aneesh, expressed his concerns about the safety measures on diverted routes at night.
