In a disturbing turn of events, a 20-year-old Nashua resident, Kevin Bull, has been arrested and charged with one count of felony Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault and three counts of misdemeanor Domestic Violence – Simple Assault. The Nashua Police Department has taken swift action in response to this heinous crime.
Incident Details
The incident came to light on May 13 when responding officers were called to a scene of domestic assault. Upon arrival, they found an adult female who had been both physically and sexually assaulted by Bull, her intimate partner. The gravity of the situation prompted the Special Investigations Division of the Nashua Police Department to launch a thorough investigation.
Arrest and Court Appearance
Following their investigation, Bull was arrested on the specified charges and held on preventative detention. The next day, on May 14, he was brought before the 9th Circuit – District Division – Nashua Court for arraignment. Bail was set at £2,000 during the court proceedings, which Bull managed to post, resulting in his release.
