Rahul.alias.Sunny : Delhi Real Estate Dealer Arrested for Multiple Rapes

A shocking incident has come to light in Delhi, where a 36-year-old woman has accused a real estate agent of blackmailing and raping her on multiple occasions in the Mehrauli district. The Delhi police have taken swift action in response to the complaint filed by the woman.

According to the police, a case has been registered under Section 376 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code at the Mehrauli police station. The accused has been identified as Rahul, also known as Sunny.

The woman’s ordeal began about a year and a half ago when she approached Rahul to purchase a flat. However, instead of assisting her with the real estate transaction, Rahul allegedly took advantage of the situation and subjected her to multiple instances of rape.

Furthermore, the woman revealed that Rahul had visited her residence late last year and stolen a significant amount of money, approximately $5,000. The theft was discovered by her husband, who works as an engineer.

Following the complaint, the police promptly arrested Rahul, who is 38 years old. The authorities have initiated an interrogation process to gather more information and evidence related to the case. The investigation is being conducted meticulously, with a focus on potential extortion angles.
