Law enforcement officers responded to the incident on April 22 in the 2800 block of Rialto Avenue in San Bernardino. Upon arrival, they discovered a male victim on the ground suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Tragically, the victim, identified as 33-year-old Gabriel Paez from Rialto, succumbed to his injuries.

Following a thorough investigation, detectives were able to identify the alleged perpetrator as 34-year-old Danny Quezada from Colton. Quezada was apprehended on May 1 at an address located at 2898 W. Rialto Avenue in San Bernardino. He stands accused of murder and is currently being held at the Central Detention Center on a bail amounting to $1 million.
