On the 4th of May, the Oxford Police Department swiftly responded to a call on Christman Drive regarding an ongoing burglary that was captured on the owner’s security camera.
After arriving at the scene, officers were able to apprehend the suspect, who was later identified as 28-year-old Jesus Antonio Torres Aguilar, a resident of Oxford.
Aguilar was taken into custody and charged with Burglary-Breaking and Entering a Dwelling House or Inner Door of a Dwelling.
Following his arrest, Aguilar was brought before a Municipal Court judge for his initial bond hearing, during which he was issued a bond of £10,000.
