In a recent incident in Westminster, multiple arrests were made following a burglary, assault, and pursuit involving a suspicious U-Haul van. The events unfolded on Tuesday, May 14th, 2024, when a concerned citizen reported a U-Haul van with a covered registration plate parked at a residence in the 1000 block of Hemlock Lane, Westminster. Carroll County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the call, but the van was not immediately found.

After a thorough search, the deputies located the van in the parking lot of BJ’s on Market Street, Westminster. Several individuals were spotted walking from the van into the store.
