Gurugram: A 31-year-old man was tragically killed, and his mother and brother were injured, in a heartbreaking altercation over parking a car in a peaceful Gurgaon locality.
The victim, identified as Rishabh Jasuja, along with his brother Ranjak and mother Pratibha, were rushed to a nearby private hospital following the violent incident. Despite efforts to save him, Rishabh succumbed to his injuries.
According to the authorities, the unfortunate event unfolded on a Sunday night when Ranjak returned to his South City 2 residence, only to find his neighbour engaged in a heated argument over parking space. Rishabh bravely stepped in to mediate, but the situation quickly escalated, leading to a physical confrontation.
In the chaos that ensued, family members and associates from both sides became involved, resulting in Ranjak and his mother being viciously attacked with sticks. The neighbour, in a fit of rage, attempted to harm both brothers by driving his car into them. Tragically, Rishabh was caught on the bonnet of the vehicle, dragged along, and ultimately crushed beneath it, leading to his untimely demise.
Hailing from the serene town of Sri Ganganagar in Rajasthan, Rishabh was a diligent engineering student with a thriving business in the city. His brother, Ranjak, sustained severe head injuries during the ordeal.
An FIR has been promptly registered under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, as the authorities intensify their efforts to apprehend the perpetrators swiftly.
Raids are currently underway, and it is anticipated that the suspects will be brought to justice without delay, providing some solace to the grieving family and community.
