Accident – Death – Obituary News : Christopher Stack, a 39-year-old resident of Calgary, has been charged with first-degree murder in the tragic death of Kyle Schuiling. The investigation began on April 3, 2024, when the Tsuut’ina Nation Fire Department responded to a grass fire near Range Road 40 and Township Road 241 in Rocky View County. During the firefighting efforts, the remains of a deceased individual were discovered.

Following the discovery, an autopsy was conducted at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Calgary on April 4, confirming that the death was indeed a homicide. The victim was identified as 33-year-old Kyle Schuiling, also a resident of Calgary.

After a series of court appearances and a Judicial Interim Hearing, Christopher Stack has been remanded and is scheduled to appear in the Alberta Court of Justice in Calgary on May 27, 2024.
