Accident – Death – Obituary News : A suspect has been apprehended in central Mississippi after being found with over 20 pounds of fentanyl in his possession. The incident occurred during a routine traffic stop on Interstate 20, where a vigilant deputy from the Rankin County Sheriff’s Department grew suspicious of the driver, identified as Arturo Gonsen-Miranda.

Upon further investigation, a police K-9 named “VooDoo” detected the presence of illegal substances in Gonsen-Miranda’s Ford truck. Subsequent search revealed two hidden compartments containing the illicit substance. As a result, Gonsen-Miranda was promptly arrested and charged with aggravated trafficking of a controlled substance. He is currently detained in the Rankin County Detention Center awaiting trial, with his bail yet to be determined.
