Authorities in Galloway, NJ have finally identified human remains that were discovered three years ago as those of Kevin Morris, a man who disappeared from Staten Island in 2011. The remains were found in June 2021 in the area of the 100 block of South Pomona Road, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Kevin Morris was reported missing at the age of 32 in 2011, and his disappearance had remained a mystery until now. The circumstances surrounding Morris’ death are currently under investigation, with authorities yet to release any further details.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office is urging anyone with information regarding Morris’ death or disappearance to come forward. The investigation is a joint effort between the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit, the Galloway Township Police Department, the State Police Forensic Sciences Bureau New Jersey, and the Southern Regional Medical Examiner’s Office.
