The suspects, identified as Sachin Kumar and Sonu, hail from Bihar and reside on Araicha road in Doraha. The complaint was lodged by Neeru Devi from Balia, Uttar Pradesh, who reported that on the morning of May 8, she left for work with her husband, leaving her 12 to 13-year-old daughter and son at home.
Upon returning home at 6 pm, Neeru’s daughter informed her that the accused individuals had lured her son, Vicky, promising to buy him new clothes. However, Vicky never returned home. Despite their efforts to locate him, he remained missing. Consequently, a case has been registered under Section 365 of the IPC, which pertains to kidnapping or abducting with the intent to secretly and wrongfully confine a person.
