Accident – Death – Obituary News : A 22-year-old man driving a Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat was apprehended in Tampa, Florida, for speeding at over 130 mph in a 60 mph zone. Tayvion L. Robinson faces multiple charges, including reckless driving, after a Florida Highway Patrol trooper initiated a pursuit when he observed Robinson weaving through traffic. Despite the officer’s attempts to stop him, Robinson refused to pull over and instead dangerously maneuvered his way through traffic, reaching speeds of over 147 mph on I-275.

The chase came to a dramatic end when Robinson collided with a truck and a sedan while trying to evade the police. A police cruiser executed a PIT maneuver to stop the speeding Dodge Charger. Undeterred, Robinson and a male passenger attempted to flee on foot, but Robinson was eventually found hiding inside a garbage can on Henderson Blvd after authorities established a perimeter around the area.

Robinson was arrested and charged with reckless driving, fleeing to elude at high speed, and driving without a valid driver’s license. Additionally, he was found to be in violation of his probation.
