Jonathan Peralta Cabrera : “Victoria’s Secret Underwear Heist: $24K Stolen by Suspects”

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. – The Tysons Urban Team apprehended a criminal gang involved in retail theft, specifically targeting underwear from stores across multiple states.

The individuals implicated in this crime spree have been identified as 38-year-old Jonathan Peralta Cabrera from New York, 44-year-old Amauri Roman Sanabia Balbuena from New Jersey, and 57-year-old Felix Perez from New Jersey.

Law enforcement authorities were alerted to the activities of this retail theft crew in the 1900 block of Chain Bridge Road in Tysons on Wednesday, around 3:30 p.m. The crew was found to have been involved in larcenies that took place in neighbouring jurisdictions earlier in the day. Detectives swiftly located and apprehended the three suspects.

Following a search of the suspect’s vehicle, authorities uncovered over £24,000 worth of merchandise, predominantly underwear from Victoria’s Secret. This stolen merchandise was linked to recent thefts in Prince William County. Authorities suspect that the crew has been involved in other organised thefts in the region, with the intention of selling the stolen goods out of state.

Cabrera faces charges of two counts of grand larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit larceny, two counts of larceny with intent to sell, two counts of petit larceny, and possession of schedule IV drugs. He is currently detained at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bond.

Balbuena has been charged with two counts of grand larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit larceny, two counts of larceny with intent to sell, two counts of petit larceny, and possession of burglarious tools. He is being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on no bond.

Perez has been charged with two counts of grand larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit larceny, two counts of larceny with intent to sell, and two counts of petit larceny. He is being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
