Before the fatal accident, the family had gathered for a joyful barbecue where Harlow was seen beaming with happiness, according to relatives.
A touching makeshift memorial now stands at the site of the tragic incident, created by Harlow’s grieving family and supportive community members.
Describing their anguish, Harlow’s family expressed how difficult it is to come to terms with her untimely passing.
Recently, the family shared cherished photos of Harlow participating in a dance recital, showcasing her radiant smile and love for dancing.
Her great aunt, Amanda Perez, fondly recalled Harlow’s dream of being a princess and the special trip they took to Disney World just last week to fulfill that dream.
Tragically, the crash occurred on Sunday night at 8500 West Sample Road, leading to Harlow’s fatal injuries.
The driver responsible for the crash, identified as 26-year-old Chevron Graham, faces charges including vehicular homicide, reckless driving, and driving with a suspended license.
According to Coral Springs Police, Harlow was in her car seat when the collision occurred, causing the car to split in half.
Harlow’s great uncle, Enrique Perez, voiced the family’s devastation and frustration, demanding justice for the loss of their beloved princess.
Harlow’s great-grandmother, who was driving the vehicle during the crash, sustained injuries and fractures, adding to the family’s grief.
The family is left with cherished memories and videos of Harlow as they navigate through the mourning process and seek closure.
Graham remains in custody at Broward County Jail on a significant bond, while Harlow’s great-grandmother continues to receive medical care.
