Victim Identified as 32-Year-Old Ider Lajoie from Taunton
Authorities are currently investigating a tragic incident that occurred on Saturday morning in Taunton, resulting in the murder of a 32-year-old man identified as Ider Lajoie.
The Taunton police received a distress call around 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, reporting a deceased individual in a furnished shed located at 155 Highland St. This prompted an immediate response from the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office.
Upon reaching the scene, law enforcement officers discovered the victim, Ider Lajoie, who had been fatally shot. The authorities have launched a joint investigation with the State Police to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident, describing the case as “extremely active.”
