Livingston Man Charged with Capital Murder Linked to Previous Stabbing Incident

Six months prior to his arrest on capital murder charges in the tragic death of 11-year-old Audrii Cunningham, Steven McDougal was allegedly involved in a violent stabbing incident in Livingston, Texas. According to court documents, McDougal was accused of stabbing a man after a woman lured the victim to her broken-down car.

Attorney David Feldman, representing the victim, revealed that the victim was ambushed and stabbed multiple times in the back by McDougal. Despite the incident, McDougal was not immediately arrested, leading to further alarming developments.
