The missing child, named Tilan, was last seen wearing a pink jacket, black shirt, black pants, and pink and white shoes. She is described as a female black, 2 feet 5 inches tall, and weighing 33 pounds.
The 21-year-old woman, identified as Tatyana, weighs 149 pounds and was last seen wearing a white jacket and top, beige pants, and carrying a black purse. She is described as a female black, 5 feet 6 inches tall.
Police have expressed concern for the well-being of the child and are urging anyone with information to come forward. The official Twitter account of Toronto Police Operations posted a description of the missing individuals along with a plea for help in locating them.
