According to officials, the fatal attack was carried out by two individuals, Sampat Tanaji Kalokhe and Sagar Popat Raikar, who are said to be relatives of the victim. The altercation took place late in the evening while Pokle was working in a tin shed with other labourers.
The dispute between Pokle and the accused has been ongoing for years, with tensions escalating on the fateful night. An argument broke out, leading to a violent confrontation that resulted in Pokle sustaining fatal stab wounds. Despite efforts to seek medical help, Pokle tragically succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
