The Tragic Shooting Incident in Washington, D.C.

The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) has launched an investigation into a devastating shooting incident that resulted in the loss of three lives on February 14th. The incident took place on the 5000 block of Jay Street, NE, sending shockwaves through the community.

Upon receiving a distress call reporting an unconscious individual, MPD officers rushed to the scene and discovered the lifeless bodies of two women and a man inside an apartment, all succumbing to gunshot wounds.

The victims have been identified as 58-year-old Renee Bigelow, 40-year-old Kimberly Stevens, and 59-year-old Leon Harper. Their untimely deaths have left a profound impact on their loved ones and the neighbourhood.
