A police raid uncovered a flesh trade operation in Taloja, Navi Mumbai

Two individuals were arrested, and a minor from Bangladesh was rescued following the bust of a flesh trade operation in the Taloja area of Navi Mumbai, according to a police official.

A raid was conducted on a flat in a residential society on Saturday after receiving a tip-off that was verified by a decoy, stated Sub Inspector Suresh Kurhade of Taloja police station.

“Two individuals identified as Samon Shaikh and Mohinoor Mandal were apprehended, and a 14-year-old girl from Bangladesh was rescued. A case has been filed under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act,” he explained.
