Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a 44-year-old Hispanic man in Pico Rivera, which occurred shortly after midnight on Saturday.
The incident was reported to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department at 12:03 a.m. in the 4200 block of Rosemead Boulevard. Deputies responded to a call regarding a gunshot victim and found the man with an apparent gunshot wound to his upper torso. He was rushed to a local hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
As of now, no information regarding the suspect or suspects involved in the shooting has been released. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
