Accident – Death – Obituary News :

TUCSON, Ariz. — Rachel Dolezal, a woman who gained national attention for identifying as Black despite being white, has been terminated from her teaching position at the Catalina Foothills School District in Tucson, Arizona. The decision came after school district officials discovered that Dolezal had an OnlyFans account linked to her public Instagram profile.

Dolezal, now going by the name Nkechi Diallo, had been employed by the school district since August 2023. She worked as a part-time after-school extended-day instructor and a substitute teacher. However, her employment came to an end when the district became aware of her OnlyFans account, which had been active since 2021.

The Catalina Foothills School District released a statement, stating that Diallo’s OnlyFans posts were in violation of the district’s “Use of Social Media by District Employees” policy, as well as its staff ethics policy. The statement read, “We only learned of Ms. Nkechi Diallo’s OnlyFans social media posts (Tuesday) afternoon. Her posts are contrary to our district’s policy and our staff ethics policy. She is no longer employed by the Catalina Foothills School District.”

According to the district’s agreement, employees are expected to maintain professionalism in their communication to avoid any negative impact on their work-related reputation. Dolezal’s OnlyFans account, which contained explicit content, was deemed unprofessional and inconsistent with the school district’s standards.

Rachel Dolezal made headlines in 2015 when she resigned as the president of the NAACP’s Spokane, Washington chapter after admitting that she identified as Black, despite being biologically white. At the time, she was not only a civil rights leader but also taught African Studies. Dolezal’s unique appearance, including her hair styling and tanned skin, led people to believe she was Black, a misconception she did not correct.

In 2019, Dolezal faced legal trouble and was convicted of welfare fraud. She was sentenced to community service and ordered to repay $8,847 in government assistance she had received.

The termination of Dolezal’s employment at the Catalina Foothills School District marks another chapter in her controversial journey, highlighting the ongoing debate surrounding identity and racial authenticity.
