Newcastle West Camogie Club is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Coleman Garrihy, the father of Damien Garrihy, one of our beloved underage coaches. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Damien, his wife Miriam, and their children Fiona, Jane, Patrick, and Clodagh, as well as the entire Garrihy family during this difficult time.
Coleman Garrihy was a well-respected member of the community, known for his kind heart and dedication to his family. Born and raised in Newcastle West, Coleman was a pillar of strength and support for his loved ones. He had a passion for sports, particularly hurling, and was a regular attendee at local matches.
