Ms. Edwards is survived by her daughter from her first marriage, as well as her son, Michael Edwards, and three grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In 1980, Ms. Edwards married Stephen Citron, an accomplished author and songwriter. However, Mr. Citron passed away in 2013, leaving behind cherished memories.
