David Gail, best known for his portrayal of Dr. Joe Scanlon on the soap opera “Port Charles,” has passed away at the age of 58.
His sister, Kate Colmenares, confirmed his death on January 20 through a heartfelt post on Instagram.

David Gail was born on February 27, 1965, in Tampa.
He began his acting career with a guest appearance on the popular TV show “Growing Pains” in 1990.
