Williams Jr., 23, in connection with a fatal shooting on Pretty Lake Avenue that claimed the life of Norman A. Hollowell Jr., 24, in July. The incident occurred when officers responded to a gunshot victim in the 2100 block of Pretty Lake Avenue. Sadly, Hollowell succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
