After leaving the bank, Halsey crossed the parking lot near Aha South Indian Cuisine, where he carjacked a 2020 gray Honda Odyssey minivan with Delaware registration PC340937 from a victim. Halsey is described as a white male with a bald head, goatee, and tattoos on his neck and legs.
